DAAWAT – E – NIZAM at Kama, Radisson Blu

Kama, a fine dining restaurant at Radisson Blu, Kaushambhi. I went to this place last week to enjoy their “Daawat – e -Nizam A Hyderabadi Food Festival”, the interiors of this place were tastefully done and to top it all, the servers were dressed in proper Hyderabadi attire to create a festive atmosphere.

Hyderabad food is well known for it’s rich, authentic flavors and royal recipes and to our delight all of these were taken care of and we had the best Hyderabadi food available in the capital.

We were welcomed with “Hyderabad Lassi” and “Fresh Fruit Juice”. This was followed by tender “Pathar ka ghosht” and “Shikampuri kabab”, as soon as we took a bite, “Shikampuri kabab” dis-integrated in our mouth and we could feel the rich flavors. Their creamy and thick “Murgh Shorba” soup is a must try and Instagram-worthy 😉

After being startled by their starters, we tried main course, “Nizami Murgh” had the perfect blend of flavors, I can easily say it was made to perfection. Innovative “Bagara Baingan” was a delight to our taste buds and it is hard to imagine a vegetable like Eggplant made to perfection.

The dim lights and the calm interiors took our experience to another level. Kama is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner date or a dining with your family. The interiors are done perfectly to suit a foodie. The Live music just adds to the charm.
