Sunday mornings are meant to be spend lazing around, hogging good food and just de-stressing yourself!
And it is a cherry on the cake, if you get served breakfast like Pancakes on bed!
So, Here I share with you guys a super easy recipe of Pancakes, just to make sure your Sunday morning is nothing less than happy!
All you need:
1 and a half cup of flour
1 cup Milk
5 tsp Butter
A pinch of Salt
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
How to make them :
In a pan, heat milk and add Butter
In a separate bowl, combine Flour, Salt, Sugar and Baking Powder
Break the eggs and in the above mixture and whisk well
Add the heated milk and Butter to the above.
Heat up a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Brush a thin layer of butter or oil on your pan. Drop the batter into the pan (I used a 2 tablespoon measure) and cook until small bubbles form on the surface and at the edges.
The pancakes should be golden brown. Flip and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top with Maple Syrup and sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy warm!
